We're pleased to have completed another redevelopment project, this time at 63 Eversley Road in the heart of Sketty.
The property was previously a six-bedroom house and has been transformed into three separate student homes: two two-bedroom houses and one one-bedroom house. The aim was simple – create high-quality accommodation that suits the needs of students while making better use of an existing property in a great location.
Sketty has always been one of the most popular areas for students in Swansea. It's close enough to both Swansea University campuses, Singleton Hospital and the city centre, while still feeling like a proper residential community. With local shops, cafés, parks and good transport links all within easy reach, it's easy to see why so many students choose to live here year after year.
Eversley Road is particularly well placed, sitting next to a bustling shopping area, and within easy reach of Singleton Park and the seafront. For students, it offers a good balance between university life and somewhere quieter to come home to.
As with all our projects, the focus was on creating comfortable, practical living spaces that people genuinely want to live in. The redevelopment has brought a tired property back into use and provided three modern student homes in an area where demand for quality accommodation remains strong.
