Located in a busy student area of the city, the property overlooks the famous St Helens rugby and cricket ground and the sea. There are shops within walking distance in the busy Brynymor Road and St Helens Road area, where you can find a mixture of restaurants, take-aways, pubs and convenience stores.


The sea front of Swansea Bay is a short walk from the house.


There is a bus stop at the nearby St Gabriel's church for the services 42, 43 and 116.


Distance from Singleton Campus

Car - 0.7 miles, a drive of a few minutes down Bryn Road, turn left on to Brynmill Lane and then right at the traffic lights on to the Mumbles Road.


Walk - You can follow the same route on foot or choose to take the alternative path across Singleton Park to the Singleton Abbey entrance to the University. The walk takes about 13 minutes.

Distance from Swansea Campus, University of Wales, Trinity St David

Car - Just over 2 miles. Head North east towards Finsbury Terrace, then down Gorse Lane to the Mumbles Road. You pick up the Guildhall Road towards town, and stay on this and the connecting roads until you come to the Kingsway. You can then turn up on to Mansel Street which puts you in striking distance of the campus up in Mount Pleasant.


Walk - 1.7 miles. The walk is just under half an hour up King Edward's Road, Catherine Street and Duke Street to Walter Road and Mansel Street, from where you can walk up Mount Pleasant.
