Property Location

Located in a busy student area of the city, you only need to walk down the hill to get to the famous St Helens rugby and cricket ground. There is shops in easy walking distance in the Brynymor Road and St Helens Road area, where you can find a mixture of restaurants, take-aways, pubs and convenience stores. The sea front of Swansea Bay is a short walk from the house.

Car - Approximately 1.3 miles or 6 minutes by car along King Edward's Road and Francis Street to Mumbles Road.


Walk - The walk is about 0.8 miles, around 15 minutes - along Brynmill Crescent and Bryn Road, from where you have a choice to cut across Singleton Park to the Singleton Abbey entrance, or you can continue along the Mumbles Road.

Car - 2.5 miles depending which route you choose, so 7 to 10 minutes. If you work your way down Finsbury Terrace, and Gorse Lane to the Mumbles Road, you can then pick up the Guildhall Road, St Helens Road and Kingsway route into the city, and then it is a short cut across the one way system to find your way up to the Mount Pleasant campus.


Walk - Go down Finsbury Terrace until you reach the junction with King Edward's Road, and then turn towards town. You can cut across Catherine Street, Phillips Parade and Duke Street to get up to Walter Road. From here you can choose to carry on to the bottom of Mount Pleasant, or to cut across the various streets above Walter Road (Hanover Street and Heathfield).
