Property Location

Located in the busy student area of the city, the property is right next to the University campus and to Singleton Park. There is a convenience store next door and there is good shopping in easy walking distance in the busy Brynymor Road and St Helens Road area, where you can find a mixture of restaurants, take-aways, pubs and convenience stores.


The property is located in the busy Brynmill area and overlooks Swansea Bay. There is a nearby shop at Earlsmoor and it's a short walk eastwards along Brynymor Road and St Helens Road, where you can find pubs, stores and many different types of restaurants and take-aways. Swansea University is a short walk away through nearby Singleton Park or along the sea front.


Distance from Singleton Campus

Car - 0.7 miles, or a 3 minute drive west along Bryn road. At the roundabout, take the first exit on to Brynmill Terrace. At the lights turn right along Mumbles road. The entrance to the University is 100 yrads along on the right hand side.


Walk - 11 minutes along the same route as by car, or alternatively, you can go up through Singleton Park to the other side of the campus

Distance from University of Wales, Trinity St David

Car - 2.3 miles, or a 8 minute drive north east along Bryn Road towards Osborne Terrace. Continue across the crossroads and on to King Edward Road. Continue along the road until you reach the junction with Bryn y Mor Road. Take a left here on to Bryn y Morr road and then up the hill along Westbury Street. At the junction at the top of the road, take a right turn on to the A4118, Walter Road. Carry on East towards the city and the Mount Pleasant turning up to the campus is just after the Tesco local stores on Mansel Street, opposite the police station.


Walk - 35 minutes mins, following the same route, or you can turn right on Bryn y Mor Road and use St Helens Road to bring you thhrough town. There are several roads you can cut across to rejoin Walter Road. Once there, you can continue straight on along the same route as driving, or you can cut up through Hanover Street and Heathfield.
